Disability Support Worker

The CompanyCareChoice is a specialist provider of experienced support staff in disability and complex care. CareChoice provides 24 hour support making a variety of different shifts available, including mornings, afternoons, active nights, sleepovers and weekends. We focus on providing the right person, on time, every time to contribute towards our clients achieving their goals.The Role:We have numerous complex clients in the Western suburbs of Melbourne who require assistance with a range of different support services. This includes personal care, hoisting, PEG Feeding, behavioural management and community access. As a Complex Disability Support Worker, you will have experience working with clients living with a range of different physical and intellectual disabilities and will require assistance on varying shifts.
